It has all to do with worshipping God and seeking His will, direction, protection, etc. in our lives. This message will show us from God's Word what true fasting is all about.

Last week we learned from Jesus' message how we should not pray, now He goes into how we should pray. We will see that when we pray we should be praying for God's glory, man's needs, and God's supremacy, all while making sure that we work on forgiveness of others.
