12/01/19 | Pastor Jamal kicks off Week 1 of our Christmas Series, "God With Us." He reminds us that we can enjoy God in the mountaintops, but we get to know God in the valleys. From looking at the words of Psalm 84, we see that when it comes to valleys, 1) Our strength comes from God, 2) The valley is temporary, and 3) We need to make room for rain (provision). Scripture: Psalm 84:5-7; 116:1-9.

11/24/19 | "The person who complains finds comfort in nothing. The person who gives thanks finds comfort in everything." Pastor Jeff shares on the importance of giving thanks and the toxicity of complaining to orient our hearts before Thanksgiving 2019. Scripture: 1 Corinthians 10:6-10.

11/17/19 | Pastor and Evangelist Jermel Mayo speaks about how Jesus' first miracle, turning water into wine, took place at a wedding that he was invited to. He challenges us with the truth that Jesus goes to places that he's invited to. For us, we must invite Jesus 1) Into Our Hearts, 2) Into Our Problems, and 3) Into Our Lives. Scripture: John 2:1-11.

11/10/19 | Pastor Jeff talks about how in the Old Testament, Elijah knew that if he could bring Israel back to the altar, he could bring Israel back to God. Pastor Jeff talked about how the altar is a place of promise, surrender, and sacrifice, and challenges us to live with the attitude that Elijah had during this story. Scripture: 1 Kings 18:30.

11/03/19 | Sermon by Pastor Jeff about our need for God to spiritually renew us.

10/27/19 | Pastor Jeff talks about 1) The Identity of the Holy Spirit, 2) The Indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and 3) The Impact of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our Counselor, Comforter and Friend. He is in us, with us, and is a deposit of our salvation. He teaches us and empowers us. Scripture: John 14:15-17.

10/20/19 | Pastor Jeff talks about the woman who anointed Jesus' feet with oil, and how she is an example for us today. Even though there were negative outside influences, critical inside influences, and it cost her something, she gave Jesus everything that he deserved. Let's come to God with the same reverence as this woman did. Scripture: Mark 14:1-11.

10/13/19 | Pastor Jeff talks about how "Worship creates an atmosphere to hear the voice of God." From Joshua 5:13-15 we see that: 1) Worship is a powerful offensive weapon, 2) Worship helps us see from God's perspective, and 3) Worship is something we need to do everyday. Pastor Jeff reminds us that, "Through worship, he prepares us for the battles that come our way."

10/06/19 | Sermon by Pastor Matt about living our lives with purpose. Where we're going matters, so we want to end up somewhere on purpose. Thankfully, Jesus has given us the direction: to live on mission for him (Matt. 28:19-20). In order to do this we must: 1) Stay connected to Mission Control, 2) Do life together, and 3) Be willing to make adjustments. Scripture: Acts 8:26-38.
