FIRE FOR TODAY

My heart is overwhelmed , Lead me to the Rock that is higher than I. For David , a skilled and anointed Warlord, Priest and King to say this it means that even the best of us can be overwhelmed because the best of us is still a man.

There was a drink that was served with the disciples in the upper room , it changed the course of History. Jesus lifted His voice and cried , If anyone thirst , let hIm come and Drink...

Spiritual caretakers are people who are over you in the Lord and can hear God when you cannot or when you have refused to. Ishmael was crying but Was showing Hagar the solution because she is His caretaker.

Many times we feel we have reasons why we are not at our best for God . Why we can't go , give or groan to see the kingdom advance....but aren't these flimsy excuses ? Moses's excuse was His stammering , Jonah's excuse was God's over-mercifulness, the widow of Zerephath said that's all we have to eat and then die, what is your own excuse?

Fear is a spirit that instills a negative knowledge. It is a natural response to the storms of life but overtime it can become a lens through which one sees and addresses life's issues. However Perfect love casts out Fear.

Fear is not an emotion , it is a Spirit. Many believers are still living and bound in fear. It takes the revelation power of God's word, His love and His Spirit to cast out fear.

Once there's much of God's word in your life, it displaces sin. Focusing on sin gives it more power , focussing on righteousness displaces the power of sin. You give force to whatever you put focus on.

Gifts can still function while in rebellion but the truth is only sons can get an inheritance. Rebellious children can get gifts from their Fathers but true sons get an inheritance.

The Father-Son relationship is a dual communique. There are things a good father should do and likewise a good son. For the son, Spiritual fatherhood is not enslavement rather it is entering into enthronement through submission.

You need a Father , You must grow to be a Father also and then raise others to become Fathers (Parent).

In life and ministry, there are VERY FEW fathers but many instructors and tutors . When a father is not in place a huge vacuum is created.

Spiritual parenthood is one way God makes people's journey into destiny easier. It is entering into other people's labour by obedience and submission. It is a deliberate, consistent and intentional relationship on both ends.

Due to popular demand and a pressing need for clarity on the topic of spiritual fatherhood and submission I have started this series.

Andrew Womack while talking about thanksgiving said , Even If a knife is put to your throat. Thank God that it's a sharp knife and not a rusty one. Find a reason to be thankful.

In the Previous episode, we saw Great doors, doors of the gospel , doors of mighty utterance and doors or rewards. In this Episode we'll look at the doors of Ascent , Doors of deliverance , light, heaven etc

Doors are entry points. Doors grant or deny access. There are many kinds of doors . Doors responds to commands.

The word of God is like a fire , it is even like a sledgehammer that breaks every rock in pieces. Rejoice.

Gates of brass and Bars of iron are nothing to our God. He breaks the jailhouse doors and snaps the bars of iron like match-sticks . Hallelujah

David testified that God broke forth before him against his enemies. The Msg version says God exploded. There's no challenge that can survive when God explodes that's why David called God -The Lord of the Break(through).

What did David find ? Why was He so bold in the face of trouble? He knew that His Deliverer was constantly , standing by.

Many times, great wickedness occurs while men sleep. Great massacres, fires , heists begin in the night. Same with the spiritual it is while men sleep that the enemy comes to sow tares.

At the scent of water , a tree that has died for years and its roots dried up in the ground will sprout again to life. Rise Up and take your place in Destiny.

Enemies are not just those who are against you , real enemies are those who laugh when you are down. Praise God there's provision for your rising.

In this episode, God's servant prophetically shares insight, He says Many times when the spirit of a man is crushed as a result of a hard blow from defeat, condemnation, rejection, sin, failure, disappointment or betrayal he finds it hard to rise up again and satan ensures He doesn't but there is good news.

God told Jeremiah, you have seen well , I am alert and active watching over My word to perform it. The job of watching over God's word till it is established is priority to God that's why He does it himself.
