Hi sunshine. In this episode i wanted to remind you that you don’t have to sit in the pain anymore. Forgive yourself for choosing pain when peace was always an option. Stop creating altars for your pain in a way that healing does not stand a chance, open your heart and give healing a chance. It does not get better with time, it gets better with time to God, I love you.
