What does it mean to really be successful as a human? We are told when we are a little, we can be anything we want. However, what we need to be told is, who we truly are. Which is love

There is a physical chemical aspect to spiritual growth. And although I am not a brain scientist, here is my take on what that means.

When we live out of our authentic, loving self, we produce a way of life that is in line with our purpose, and who we truly are. That creates a life that is less fearful, and less drama filled. This is not new news folks. It is the truth of who we truly are.

We live in a reality that we have constructed made up of winners and losers. This idea is not in line with love and authenticity.

One of the pitfalls of spirituality is that we can become convinced that we know everything. We do not! There is a vast reality and a vast mystery to who we are, that we must plumb.

Have you ever wondered why you meet people who are super kind, super loving and then they go to a religious community or believe in a political thought that is opposite of love and kindness? Take a listen.

As we grow, spiritually, we develop things like the capacity to love, the capacity for empathy, the capacity for compassion, the capacity for generosity. Another aspect of what we developed is our deep intuition. Knowing that we know. Take a listen thanks

We truly believe that because we believe it, it must be true. We often find out if that’s not true. We are creatures of belief, but our beliefs must be based in experience and provable, demonstrable, love!!!

Where does the human propensity to harm the other come from? Where does the violence we often legitimize come from? Where does the very worse of our behavior come from?

In order to fully understand what is real one must experience what is real. Otherwise, it’s a concept. One of the goals of the spiritual journey is to put ourselves in a place to experience the transcendent, so as to transcend the false reality we have created

This is a simplified down to the bare bones explanation of love and love is our hope

In the false reality, we have learned to determine our identity by comparing ourselves to others. Which intern leads to more false identity. Take a listen thanks

If love, kindness, generosity, and awareness is a part of what it means to be authentic then surely hope must be included

We are formed by how this world/humanity lives and behaves. And were ignorant for the most part that we are formed by the way of the world.

If true reality and authentic reality are about love and kindness. Then the false reality is built in dualism and separation.

Our spiritual growth comes from knowing that we do not know everything. When we are exposed to new ideas, new ways of thinking that reflect our authenticity, we’re often surprised. And that’s a good surprise.
