For believers, God's blessings go far beyond the realms of the material, physical, and financial. Believers have also been blessed with spiritual blessings. For all these blessings, God is to be praised. Our scripture for today is from Ephesians 1: 3-14.

Advent means coming and has a strong note of preparation. Light is often used as an image that is breaking in amidst the darkness. This Advent we will work through Isaiah, with the four common themes of Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love . Our Love is represented by God's determination to give us a sign that He will break in and set things right. Our scripture today can be found in Isaiah 7: 1-25.

On the final Sunday of the Christian calendar, we remember that Jesus Christ is our King and just what kind of King he truly is.

When we stop to think about what Jesus has done for us, how it differs from anything we could do for ourselves, we find that we have a new motivation for how we are to live out our faith. Today's scripture can be found in Hebrews 10: 11-14 and 19-35.

Join us this morning as we explore stories where God's hand was seen by his people. These stories are coming to us through the testimony of others in our church and community.

On this Sunday we remember the Saints that have gone before us and look forward to the day to which we all long. A day of a new heaven and a new earth, when God will make all things new. Our scripture can be found in Revelation 21: 1-6a

Long ago, Joseph learned that through his many trials, God had a greater plan for saving more than just Joseph. Paul now challenges us as believers to see in the midst of our struggles that God still has a plan. Our scripture today can be found in Philippians 1: 12-18

For Paul, it isn't just what we have received from God that is the Good News, but also what that Good News now does in us to bring Glory to God. Our scripture today can be found in Philippians 1: 9-11.

Paul spells out a special relationship with the believers in Philippi, and in doing so, invites and inspires us to join in and become partners in God's work. Today's scripture can be found in Philippians 1:3-8

When something major in our life changes, everything else must change as well. The author of Hebrews is eager to explain that our lives have just changed because of what God has done. God has spoken to us in a new way, a way that reassures us of His love and promises us a different life. Today's scripture can be found in Hebrews 1: 1-4

Today we hear a story of God’s providence that is for more than just one individual, but a foretaste for a whole people. Notice the one who is watching, waiting to see how things play out. What role do we play as life rolls along? Our scripture for today can be found in Exodus 2: 1-10.

Where do we stand in the pecking order? We would probably be surprised to discover how much we think about our placement in each and every encounter we have through the day. Jesus calls us to bring this repetitive evaluation to the surface and apply ourselves in a new way. Our scripture for today can be found in Mark 9: 30-37.

How often we approach the Scriptures with a desire to hear in a clear and direct manner what we are to know. Here we are told that Jesus spoke plainly in order for there to be no mistake. Even so, He knows who we are and what draws us away, so He even gives us direction to return once again to what matters. Our scripture today can be found in Mark 8:27-38

God's Word reminds us again and again of His steadfast love for us. This morning we see this love once again and in a deeply personal way, full of release and new hope. Scripture today can be found in Mark 7:31-37

James gives us direction to turn away from our previous actions and to replace those patterns with the implanted Word of God. Our scripture for today can be found in James 1: 16-27

We pick up Paul's directions for the young church in Ephesus and this week consider his note of encouragement. Every coach has to eventually let the players play the game, but that is not before giving some inspiration and encouragement, a focal point for success. For Paul, that focal point is the strength we have in the Lord. Our scripture for today can be found in Ephesians 6:10-20

Paul has a passion for the people of Ephesus. Over the next two weeks we will touch on some of his closing directions, with a particular focus this week that applies to our everyday activities, what Paul calls 'how we walk. Scripture for today's sermon can be found in Ephesians 5:15-20.

Jesus enjoys using metaphors to help us understand what He has come to do for us. As we take communion, let us remember who He is to us. Our scripture for today can be found in John 6: 35-51

Throughout scripture we see God seeking a dwelling place with us. We will explore the many ways the Creator moves toward us in the Bible from beginning to end. Scripture can be located in Revelation 21:3

Regardless of how far we might stray from God, He is ready to show undeserved kindness by forgiving and restoring those who humble themselves, confess to Him their sin, and return to Him. Our scripture can be found in 2 Chronicles 33:1-17.
