Fighting Fire With Fire: The AJ Rose Show

After a brief hiatus, Sam and AJ reunite to talk about the Oscars, the NBA trade deadline, and a slew of random tangential subjects.

Matt Hinrichs returns to FFWF to break down the 2017 GRAMMYs. Topics discussed include; winners/losers of the night, Beyonce's performance/over-the-top aesthetic, James Corden stale shtick, Adele, Chance The Rapper's continued winning streak, and most importantly, whether the GRAMMYs even matter.

In the wake of the greatest Super Bowl ever, AJ talks to New York native (and lifelong Jets/Mets/Knicks fan) Matt Hinrichs about the pure lunacy of Super Bowl LI, from Brady's status as the GOAT, to where the blame should be allocated for the Falcons. They dig in to Matt's gambling highs and lows from the game, and also briefly discuss Carmelo Anthony, Phil Jackson, and the New York Knicks.

In lieu of the usual Weekly Scorch, Sam and AJ decide to celebrate the Super Bowl with Sportball Media Day, in which they conduct interviews with three female friends (Cecelia, Janelle, and Emily), and ask them about all things Patriots-Falcons. Finally, they prepare to send off Brent Musburger and Paul Pierce, and give their own predictions for Super Bowl LI.

Elliot Bruce returns to FFWF after a long hiatus to discuss several NBA storylines, including the Westbrook-Harden MVP debate, the intriguing assets of the Denver Nuggets, and Carmelo Anthony's impending trade from the Knicks. Elliot and AJ then give a short preview of the Super Bowl, and debate which prop bets are best to bet on.
