Dr. Ketchum and Dr. Burleson discuss 1 Timothy 5:22 and the danger of hastily appointing church leaders. They discuss the wisdom in knowing a man and his family before putting them into the office. Some of the dangers and harm that can come to both the family and the church are discussed.  

Dr. Donnie DeBord discusses with Josh Ketchum the question all church leaders should be asking, "Where are we going?"  Dr. DeBord suggest the primary answer should be God and aimed at giving Him glory and honor. This should be seen in all aspects of the church.
