For some reason Cheslie’s death impacted me. She was doing so much for the community and those around her but it seems as if there were struggles on the inside. Are you reaching out to those around you? Are you checking in?

I Samuel 9:17 Saul was obedient to go find his father’s donkeys. God used what was missing to bring Saul into his kingship. Sometimes we don’t work on what is missing because it’s too difficult but when we work on those areas, God can elevate Himself in our lives.

I Samuel 8 - God is rejected as Israel’s king. Israel’s insecurities pushed them to want to be like other nations. Before we judge Israel, are we really that different?

The church will be reason why we are persecuted. The devil cannot create so he uses what is available. We will give them a reason to be hostile.

The life God has given us should be centered around His work. Many of us are imbalanced because we do ministry church only however, our life’s work should be working for God.

John 6, read the whole chapter but our focus is verse 53 and 54.

Numbers 25: 6-13 Israel is only focused on what they want and not what God wants. Currently they are being punished by God and Phinehas makes a decisive move that was difficult but necessary. How far will you go?
