The claim that 'everyone' is beautiful is professed loudly by the beauty industry but those claims need to be validated by making services, treatments and products available for all ethnic, cultural and racial backgrounds. Esthetic education has neglected or forgotten segments of our society. Fearless Beauties will highlight skincare professionals of color and learn their stories of success to elevate the industry to become more inclusive.
