I was honored to be interviewed recently by Glenn Daniels for his Essential Leadership Skills program. We had a great conversation about growth, conquering self-doubt, and other "leadership gems." Catch our conversation here! 

Have you ever thought about your identity and the fact that, while much of it is unintentionally created, you can choose it or change it? However the question becomes, how attached are you to a particular facet of your identity and how HEALTHY is that attachment? Do you own the narrative or does the narrative own you? 

The fact is, we enjoy the freedom to make our choices. And in the end, our choices make us or break us. But, what happens when we don't like the CONSEQUENCES of our choices? Here are a few thoughts on The Choice Conundrum.
