There is all manner of confusion out there about the word "diversity." It is looked upon as an almost universal good. But what does it mean...exactly? Let's talk about it.

It's been all over Twitter this week: Minneapolis says they will downsize white teachers first. Monique is going to break it down. What's real and what's make believe and what is this even about???

We have received a lot of inquiries asking for Monique to comment on the new documentary, Unspoken. She has watched it and has 15 pages of notes. And a lot of thoughts.

We are getting in the way back machine, all the way back to 1994 and see where we were with the race conversation two years after the Rodney King riots and how it compares to our current rhetoric two years after George Floyd.

We are talking about systemic racism: how to know if it's real or if it's a social justice warrior "crying wolf." We'll also ask questions about prison sentencing, since two VERY famous people were both sentenced this week for sex trafficking. The white woman got 20 years. The black man got 30. Is this racist? It's an important question.

We discussed some of the up-and-coming trends in the Critical Social Theories, including Critical Child Studies. This is vital information to help you make sense of what's happening in the culture through a historic Christian lens.
