We were made to be in Christ as a new creation reconciled back to God given the ministry of reconciliation so that we can represent Jesus in the world and we can reconcile others back to the Father.

Our Father takes us on a wonderful journey from the moment we say YES to Jesus. We are becoming more like our Father. As we become more like Him, we react differently, act differently and speak differently. The unchurched need an encounter with God and that encounter is YOU!

So here we are... Friends of Jesus. But what do we do as friends? Don't we choose to spend time at our friend's house? Take a listen to hear about spending time in His house and what that means for us.

Us learning to love is close to our Pap's heart. The better we look after ourselves, the better we will be able to look after others.

We are over-comers. It's our destiny. It's part of our divine makeup and it's who God made us to be. We are not designed to be defeated, overwhelmed or overcome. We are beloved sons and daughters of Father God.

We are all sons and daughters of the King. That title brings us entitlement and privilege but the Father now calls us his friends. Though we have access to the realms of heaven, our Father wants to reveal the mysteries of heaven through our friendship.

True freedom is Slavery to Christ. We know we are loved and accepted so we obey. But now Father God calls us in close and says, 'I no longer call you Slaves, now I call you Friends.' It's time to live the SUPERnatural life!!

If we have been purchased at a high price, then we belong to God. When He purchased you, how much did He purchase? True freedom is slavery to Christ. It's time to live the SUPERnatural life!!

Having received the gift, the word tells us to mimic our Father. As we move into 2017, it's time for us to be a gift to those around us.

We choose to remember the birth of Jesus Christ on Christmas. We remember that even though we give gifts to people, the Father gave the Ultimate Gift to us in the form of Jesus Christ. A gift that will not wear over time or break. A gift that keeps on giving hope and joy.

John Piper suggests that the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is when a believer in Jesus Christ receives extraordinary power for Christ-exalting ministry. Now it's our turn... It's time to begin, it's time to move in the power of the Spirit in ALL we do. We are His hands and feed extended.

For the supernatural to become normal, we're not saying that it becomes dull and boring but it does in fact become something that we are to expect in our lives. The Holy Spirit is someone who will help this process along.

If Jesus needed the power of the Holy Spirit for his ministry on Earth, then it's safe to say that Jesus believed his disciples, you and I, need that power too.
