So much so that He will leave the 99 to rescue the one. 

In Luke 15:1-3, we see two groups of people. The tax collectors and sinners, and the Pharisees and scribes. Many of us can identify with and learn from both of these groups; the unrighteousness of the first group, and the self-righteousness of the second group.
