The Church is described as the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-27; Romans 12:3-8). What does that mean? It means the church is a place, a community, where we all belong and where we find our true purpose.

Sometimes we can get so busy, so distracted by trivial things, that we can miss God moments in our lives. We're inundated with messages at the risk of missing the most important one. In this Sermon on Palm Sunday, we look at the message Israel missed as outlined in Romans 10:14​-21 and Luke 19:39​-44.

Salvation is not complicated, it's extremely simple. So simple and near to Israel, they had stumbled over it and not even realized it. Romans 8:28-39 contains amazing assurances for the believer. Reminders that our strength, our hope, and our assurance are only found in the work of Christ and the cross. Once and for all Paul tells the church at Rome that in Christ, they are more than conquerors against anything that might come against them. Here we'll learn how we should respond to these truths.
