Daryl speaks on how God created our bodies to carry memory. We tell our memories what to store by how often we practice and expose ourselves to it. The repetition of a practice or exposure is how we remember. It's too easy for us to discredit and forget things so it is important for us to remember what is important. We need to remind ourselves of God's praises because they are eternal. 

Daryl speaks on how we can forget that there are actually people around that do still believe in us and are longing for us to shine God's light, so we can not quit. How we feel about our performance is not a standard for measurement of our identity. You have been given the gift of God and the world needs you to shine.
