It's not easy to step into places like school, work, or university where Christ might not be at the centre. But it's so important for us as believers to stand firm in the faith and be the light in the darkness that God is calling us to be! 

In today's Faith Talks episode we'll be talking about how we can become the best versions of ourselves in this New Year. Aka, step towards who God has created us to be! 

Sometimes God will call us out into the unknown to extent our faith, and allow us to experience his goodness, love and mercy like never before.  These faith steps are not easy.. As I've just left my job, and you might be facing a similar decision, even though we might not know what's next: our God is faithful. He's our provider who will never fail. let's talk about bitterness. A root that can completely blind, and rob us from everything that God has for us. How do we get rid of it? 

Let's talk about laying down our desires to give God space in our lives. To allow him to take centre position and do what only he can do. May we shed our selfish desires to take hold of what God wants to give us, which is far better then anything we can come up with ourselves!

The enemy will do and use whatever he can to make us believe that God has forgotten about us in waiting seasons. In this weeks episode I want to encourage you that God is always working even when we can't see it!! 

Let's talk about the single season! A season so many of us want to pray ourselves out of.. God has placed special assignments on us as single people. May we start to see the single season for what it is so we can flourish and confidently walk into all that God has for us 🤗

The enemy will do whatever he can to drag us down, especially when we’re moving in the right direction for God! Spiritual warfare is a great indicator that you are going the right way 🫶🏽

This week we'll be discussing the phrase: "But, everybody's doing it". We use this phrase to either allow ourselves to do things that God wants to protect us from, or to excuse ourselves out of all that God has for us! aka, a very loaded phrase that has no place in our vocabulary  🙅🏽‍♀️ 

Today we're clearing up some of the confusion that can come from James 2:26. If we are righteous before God because of what Jesus has done for us, why does this verse talk about works? 

Our God has the ability to launch us forward in life in supernatural ways! In his perfect timing, he can unexplainably make up for lost time. What an amazing father we have :) Isaiah 60:22 - At the right time, I, The LORD, will make it happen.

In todays episode we'll be talking about spiritual numbness. What do we do when all of a sudden worship music doesn't hit the same? Or when the bible suddenly seems impossible to understand? When going to church feels like a task?  Let's talk about it! 

Today I want to provide you with some answers to the question: How do we truly give ourselves over to God? How do we let go of control? The freedom we can walk in when we implement these things in our lives is beyond anything!
