It's Episode 50! This week we talk about the general state of the nation of Israel at the time of Samuel's childhood. The people suffered a defeat and asked "why is God doing?" but didn't wait for the answer...

This week we talk about the baptism of Jesus and the starting points of his public ministry as well as the starting points of our victory in faith. Faith on Hill meets in-person every Sunday at 10:30am with Small Groups throughout the week.

It's a new year but Jesus is still the same as ever: changing lives and forgiving sins. This week we talk about John the Baptist. His job was to prepare the way for the Messiah Jesus but how was he so effective: He knew his audience, he considered his presentation and had a powerful message to the religious and non-religious alike. Real Obediance (Matthew 1:18-25) by Faith On Hill

This week we start a new book of the Bible! In 1st Samuel we will see the second era of Israel's history as they move from Judges to Kings and how people will never be the answer, only Jesus saves! In episode 47 we talk about Hannah and how God worked in the midst of her broken family and showed her grace.

This week we kick off the Christmas season with the Gospel of Matthew. We talk about Jesus' family tree and the historical path that led to the birth of the Messiah. We gather every Sunday in-person at 10:30am and throughout the week in small groups.

This week we finish studying with the 10 Least Read Books of the Bible with the book that the fewest people have read: Obadiah. He's got a message and its for the Edomites... but who are the Edomites in our day? We meet in person every Sunday morning at 10:30am

This week we have a special guest: Pastor Brian Hotrum from our sister church in Sweet Home, Oregon. Brian is in town for our Annual Conference and Pastor Adam starts things off with a little info about what is going on in our family of churches.

Its our final study in Exodus. This week we look at chapter 40 and living in the presence of God. We will start the book of 1 Samuel in the next episode.
