Paul teaches the Thessalonians about the Day of the Lord. He makes a contrast between those that are in darkness and those in the light. Some will be caught unaware but those in the Light will see the signs of the time.

The Apostles Paul had told that Thessalonians that Jesus would return and in chapter 4 he reveals this mystery we call the "Rapture of the Church" Remember this is a teaching that provides comfort, not division or descension. Join Pastor Ken as he teaches through 1st and 2nd Thessalonians

The Apostle Paul writes to the Church in Colosse and provides them with some encouraging words. Our guest teacher this week is Daniel Staton and the scripture is Colossians 1:1-8

Chapter 4 begins with Paul's appeal that the Thessalonians live a sanctified life. They issue they face is in abstaining from Sexual Immorality. This word in Greek is "Pornia" where we get the word pornography and applies to all sexual relationships outside of Marriage. Paul has much to say, we have much to learn.

In Chapter 3, Paul tells the Thessalonians how he sent Timothy to the because he was concerned that they would falter when faced with tribulation. However, the church in Thessalonica is thriving! Join Pastor Ken as we travel through Paul's letters to the Thessalonians          

Paul continues his encouragement of the Thessalonians. He tells them that received the word as it actually was the Word of God. This is Paul's way of saying that they ha become believers, born again, delivered and brought into the Kingdom of God.

Paul tells the Thessalonians to wait for the coming of the Lord and that Jesus will deliver us from the wrath to come. Paul's message is focused on the second coming of Jesus. What are the signs and are we the generation that will experience the "Time of the Signs"

Paul writes his very first Epistle to the church of the Thessalonians. He had only been able to spend three weeks with this church but then Silas and Timothy catch up with Paul in Corinth and give him the good news that the church is thriving.

We reach the end of the Acts of the Apostles in this sermon series called "Unstoppable" and we see the Lord grants to Paul the opportunity to be in Rome and Paul is "Finishing Well." That means different things to different people.

Paul and 276 onboard an Alexandrian ship wash ashore on Malta. It appears that they have reached a refuge, a sanctuary but trials still lie ahead. Join Pastor Ken as we travel through the Acts of the Apostles in this sermon series called "Unstoppable"

In Acts 27, the Apostles Paul is headed to Rome on a prisoner ship with his companions Dr. Luke and Aristarchus. However, all does not go right as they quickly run into a major storm that Paul fears will bring ruin. We can learn much from this passages regarding our own "Storms of Life"
