Life is crazy. Wouldn't it be nice to have a personal coach that could help you figure out which direction to go and what choices to make? The Holy Spirit is exactly that in our lives. He's not a ghost or figure of speech or a genie-in-a-bottle. He is God's promise to never leave us, even in our darkest moments.

Life with God is all about the process. No matter how long we've walked with Him, we will always be learning and growing - and through it all, we can rest in the finished work of Jesus.

God's goal is not to make you happy, it's to make you FREE. Happiness is fragile, depending on the condition of our circumstances, but freedom leads to joy.

At the beginning of "Creed: Together We Believe," we looked at "The Apostles' Creed" and determined a few lines that raised questions. This week Pastor Tabitha unpacked one of those lines that represent the real hope we have in Jesus.

Jesus suffered, was crucified, died and was buried for three days. Why? He did it all for us, to restore a relationship broken by sin. Because of Jesus and all He sacrificed, we can now live freely and lightly in relationship with God and other people.
