After returning from the exile, the people of God continually became indifferent and forgetful of how God had moved in their lives. Often, just like the Israelites, when tragedy or unmet expectations arise, it can cause us to question God's intentions and promises toward us. God loves his people with a fierce and jealous love that requires them to respond to him and to mirror that love to others....

One of the most important parts of growth on the vine is the ability of the branches to bear fruit. Each branch supports the other, and even cross-polinates to help the fruit grow to full maturity. It's the same with our connection to other Christians when we exist in a loving community together. Growing followers do life together.

If you walk through a vineyard  one thing is clear- fruit can only come through connection. It’s dependent on connection. As believers, each of us are called to the branch life.
