Failing Forward w/ Montay ™

In Ep. 5 of Failing Forward host, Montay celebrates his 6-month anniversary of being in Atlanta, shares tips on relocating out of state, and relays his thoughts on what things have been like thus far.

In this episode, Montay finishes out the final leg of his background story by exploring his commitments, relationships, and shortcomings along his way of getting where he is today. He even shared a few pieces of wisdom that he gained at a few stops on the journey. 

In Ep. 3 "Winners Learn from Failure," Montay continues his coming of age story from the previous episode where he chronicles his early childhood experience in Philadelphia. In this segment, Montay digs deeper into his psyche, as he explores his transition from a troubled middle schooler onto a self-proclaimed high school "hooper."

In this episode, Montay details how a dramatic shift in his childhood environment opened his eyes to the realities of his community, but also gave way to a really ugly trait that would soon become his personal crutch. 

In this introductory episode, I'll briefly share a little about who I am, the inspiration behind this project, and what listeners can expect in the near future. This podcast will eventually have a visual component, but for at-least the first few episodes, it'll primarily be an auditory experience.
