I'm rejoined for this episode by my buddy Steve, who came on previously to talk about guns and the 2nd Amendment. Today we're going to take a stroll through World War II history and look at Finland's involvement with the Nazis and the Winter and Continuation Wars of the early 1940's. I realized afterward that I blew past the 23rd Amendment which is one of the most egregious in that it gave Washington DC Electoral College votes. Otherwise I cover most of the other 26 Constitutional Amendments in some form or another.
