I love what the Apostle Paul writes to the Romans in chapter 12 verse 2: "don't conform to the ways of the world but be transformed by the renewing of your mind"... A transformed life begins with a mind that has been renewed. It is not an easy task however if you are intentional, disciplined, and consistent over time you will see gradual and complete transformation. 

Una de las palabras mas poderosas en cualquier idioma es "NO". Es una palabra pequena pero a muchos se les dificulta pronunciarla porque luchan con establecer limites. Making other people's urgencies your own priority causes you to neglect yourself. You may not see the immediate consequence to such life decisions however eventually you will. Sooner or later the painful truth will wreak havoc in all areas of your life. It's time for you to unlearn whats become natural to you and relearn new ways of doing things.
