Living in the present moment means no longer worrying about what happened in the past and not fearing what will happen in the future. It means enjoying what’s happening now and living for today.

Indentify the Inconsistent people in your life. Get rid of them clear them out of your life. There is not need for them.

There is nothing evil or scary about connecting with spirit. Let's talk about it.

Each generation grows weaker and wiser. It is ok to fail, you will find the way on the way. But you must acknowledge how you got there.

Just like energy your word and your ability to keep you word says alot about who you are.
