Paul emphasizes to the Galatians that we can’t conceive how far removed from God we are. Our nature is to trust ourselves. The world is against God, and always results in death. God is holy, and promised life. Who wants to be under the law?

Being saved by grace greater than anything else you can now do with your life! It outshines everything so much that going back to focusing on your wisdom is like a complete waste of time! That’s how far removed from God you are. That’s how great God is!

In a powerful letter to the Galatians, Paul continues to describe the gospel. Through Jesus Christ we not only have life, we have an inheritance as children of God. Through the Holy Spirit we have the same power in us that God raised Christ from the dead with. Powerful encouragement.

Paul continues to emphasize that we are saved through faith in Jesus Christ not by works. We don’t have to worry about being perfect under the law. Jesus Christ has overcome the law, and allowed us to be children of God. What an amazing gift.

We continue with Paul’s letter to the young Galatian church. He continues to unpack the powerful message of God’s grace - the gospel of Jesus Christ that triumphs over the Mosaic law and all works if man.

Paul meets the apostles. They see for themselves, they are preaching the same gospel message. Amazing drama as Christians of Jewish background accept Christians of non-Jews background as equal members of one faith.
