This coming Sunday is the fourth Sunday of Advent and we will be focusing on the theme of 'Love.' We will consider the story of the Magi and their quest to find the King of the Jews. We will be reminded that the love and grace of God is so inclusive that those who are deemed to be unworthy recipients are embraced and invited into God’s story.

This coming Sunday we will be focusing on the theme of 'Joy' as we celebrate the third Sunday of Advent. We will consider the angels’ appearance to the shepherds and how the sudden appearance of God’s light, Jesus, brought joy to the world. Christmas reminds us that God’s light lifts the darkness caused by the painful realities of our lives and replaces it with joy.

This coming Sunday is the second Sunday of Advent and we will be focusing on the theme of 'peace.' We will be considering the angel’s appearance to Joseph in a dream. Because of Mary’s pregnancy and perceived unfaithfulness, Joseph had decided to divorce her.
