ICT SOS is a Wichita-based human trafficking organization. We act as a liaison between specific local professional organizations who work with trafficked youth and the Wichita volunteers who seek to find solutions! By connecting local agencies with volunteers and resources, ICT SOS helps facilitate their missions of fighting sex trafficking.

The Wichita Public Library is constantly updating their events in the city of Wichita and winter is no exception. The Library is offering several functions at different locations including a New Years Eve event, podcasts, story time, crafts and more. The library is also gearing up for it's annual Used Book Sale on Dec. 8-9th

The sixth annual Shamrock Open Charity Golf Tournament will be played Oct. 5 at Willowbend golf course.  The tournament is presented by EagleMed and benefits those served by Sisters of St. Joseph Dear Neighbor Ministries. The benefit was started by graduates of Cathedral High School who wanted to give back to the sisters who taught at the school for many years.

The Kansas DUI Impact Center annually hosts the “Race to Remember,” honoring DUI Victims and survivors and commemorating Red Ribbon week. Proceeds from the 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run benefit victims of vehicular crime committed under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and fund educational programs that raise community awareness of the dangers of impaired driving. www.ksdui.org
