Manock is a former USport (U. PEI) and Pro basketball player, who currently coaches La Cite's Men's Basketball team in OCAA play. He is also the CEO of Prezdential Basketball which is a social enterprise dedicated to bridging the gap faced by disadvantaged youth in Ottawa.

Vikta Paulo also known as "The Voice" has been announcing, and doing colour commentary on sporting events for nearly a decade. He has announced everything from local amateur all star games, all the way up to the Pan Am games, NBA All Star weekend and more. Most recently he was announced as the MC for the CEBL's newest expansion franchise the Ottawa Blackjacks.

Ryan is a former NCAA Div 2 golfer at Queens U. in Charlotte, NC. He currently holds 2 course records, and has represented Canada in numerous international Jr. events. Last year he won both the City championship & Ottawa Sport award for golf.

Garry is a former USport (St. FX) and professional basketball player. Following his playing career, he founded the Trench Life Apparel company where he is currently the CEO. Garry also devotes large portions of his time to community building efforts through basketball.

Sheila is a graduate of the Humber College Professional Golf Management program. While there, she was captain of the women's golf team, and won both a National & Provincial championship. She is currently the 6x in a row Women's Champion at the Royal Ottawa GC.
