Podcast 1 kicking off the Summer 2021 Classic Upward Bound Summer Series

Lauren and Eric Westog, athletes residing in Georgia, have long-standing connections with the sport of Cross Country.  Hear some insights and tips for two athletes that have found a way to make XC a part of their success story.  This is part two of the WHS Cross Country Podcast series, The Runner's High.

Twenty four years ago I volunteered to be a Big Brother with the YMCA program and initiated a friendship with Andrew DeRose.  Drew always had an interest in illustration, and 24 years later, we reconnect and delve into the details of what illustration can mean to him, as well as how it has developed in him as an artist!
