The second feature of the new year is 1976s Eat My Dust starring the amazing Ron Howard star of Happy Days and director of Best Picture winner A Beautiful Mind. Ryan and Nathan talk about hicksploitation, great car chase scenes, and how to properly treat a lady. 

Our first feature of the new year is Body Double from 1984 directed by the great Brian DePalma director of Scarface, Carrie, The Untouchables, and many more. Nathan and Ryan talk about what makes exploitation great, a really mean interviewer and Average Joes. 

The first feature this week on the Drive-In Double Feature podcast is The Spirit of Christmas from 2015. A Hallmark Christmas movie that is beautiful in its own schlocky way. Nathan and Ryan talk Christmas classics and Christmas movie tropes all in this episode. 

The second feature this week is Jesus, Bro! from 2017 written by Brad Jones aka The Cinema Snob. A parody of the Pure Flix Christian movie genre. Nathan and Ryan talk about Santachrist, Doug Walker, and the Amazing Athiest all in this episode. 

This week Nathan & Ryan talk about the Spaghetti Western And God Said to Cain starring the always incredible Klaus Kinski.

The first feature film on this week's episode of Drive-In Double Feature is Willard from 1971. A film about a socially inept boy and his gang of rats that he can control. An early 70's creature feature that would go on to get a sequel and a remake. Nathan and Ryan talk about rats, Willard, and pets as gifts. 

The second movie covered on this Drive-In Double Feature Podcast is the Jackie Chan classic Police Story. Directed and starring the legendary Jackie Chan star of Shanghai Knights and Spy Next Door. Nathan and Ryan talk a lot about the history of Jackie Chan movies, his death-defying stunts, and the Criterion release all in this episode. 

This week on Drive-In Double Feature with Ryan and Nathan we are talking about the 1974 film Dark Star. A space odyssey-style movie about a group of estranged men traveling around destroying planets. Dark Star is John Carpenters' first film and hopefully, the fellas enjoy it!

The journey of an assassin in a 007 like journey around the world. hunting his targets, but also becoming hunted himself.
