The fires have stopped for now, but the real heat is the drama inside the studio.  While the city starts plans for new housing, tension is building between Blaine and Marina. An arsonist is loose on the city, causing all types of havoc.  The current fires have caused some of the biggest damage the city has yet to see.  During all of this, everyone's favorite producer is lost in the chaos doing their own thing.  It's also green week, for everyone who wants to help plant flowers and clean up whatever's left of the city.
