Life can be unpredictable and unexpected. Unforeseen challenges may arise quickly, and these are opportunities for our faith to grow. We begin a new series on faith development. Our first sermon begins with how we can have faith like a child. Jesus was an advocate for children. He also said that we should emulate their belief and trust, as children trust their parents. by Bill Aumack In this journey of life, we are blessed with family, both literally and figuratively. This week Bill leads as we look at the importance of family, and developing a healthy culture and dynamic within families.

The word is full of dangerous potholes that can derail us in our journey. This week we look at the book of Proverbs, and explore how we can faithfully fulfill our dreams and desires. 

How do we conduct ourselves, and how do we treat those around us? Does it even matter? This week we look at the moral and ethical challenges that are found in the book of Proverbs.

"The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom". This week we begin a new sermon series on the book of Proverbs and will explore ways of becoming wise, and allow us to have a life full of zeal.

Bill will lead us in a discussion about what the Bible says about how to deal with the fears we all face.

by Chris Famisaran To close out our small group series, we take a deep dive and get to the bottom of several misconceptions about the Holy Spirit. At the root, we should not fear the Holy Spirit, but be influenced by, and drawn to a loving relationship with God.

When it comes to scripture, we can easily identify God through the Son and the Father. But what about the Spirit. While not as well known, the work of the Holy Spirit is just as important and evident throughout all of scripture. This week we will focus on reclaiming the importance of and the identity of the Holy Spirit.

Words, they have the power to lift up, and the power to breakdown. In fact, most of us probably remember the childhood rhyme "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."
