Golden Age artist, Allen Bellman was there before even Marvel, which at the time was Timely Comics. He was working on Captain America in the actual 1940’s. Join us in a discussion spotlighting Allen Bellman’s golden career in comics.

The career of John Wesley Shipp has spanned four decades, including the role of The Flash in the 90s television show, The Flash. He now performs on the current WB show, The Flash as Barry Allen’s dad, which is pretty cool. Join us for a discussion with Mr. Shipp about his achievements and his illustrious acting career.

Moderator Shawn Daughhetee talks with Robert Venditti (Green Lantern, Flash, X-O Manowar) and Van Jensen (Green Lantern Corps, Flash, Pinocchio Vampire Slayer) about their process of writing together on stories that tie into the larger continuity of the DCU.

This week on the show we have Chris Visions, who Terence tackled and dragged into the studio by his hair. Chris is the artist on the book Dead Letters, which has issue one hitting the shelf this very Wednesday. Doing interviews with the Dollar Bin is a lot of fun. This interview is an example of said fun.

I hope you like football, comics fans, because there is going to be a lot of that in this discussion. Don't bail yet. We also discuss the toy process, Spawn, and what McFarlane is working on comics-wise.

That is right. Priest is back and this time he actually has a new book hitting the shelves, Q2: The Return of Quantum and Woody. Remember that time we interviewed Christopher Priest for three hours a few years ago? You should listen to this one and then check that one out too.

They say Ka is a wheel. And as the wheel turns we find ourselves once again with the pleasure of discussing The Dark Tower with comic book adaptor and Stephen King’s The Dark Tower: A Complete Concordance writer Robin Furth. With this being her 4th or 5th appearance on the show, she may have more appearances than any other writer.

While at Cola-Con this year Adam, Shawn, and Teeminus, took the time to grab interviews with Damion Scott, Ed Piskor, and Sanford Greene. Terence set up shop and Adam and Shawn recorded a wrap up (completely unrelated). Too bad you couldn’t catch Cola-Con this year, but, hey, there’s always next and until then, we did it for you.

This week on the Dollar Bin, Adam and Terence are lucky enough to Skype down with Andrew Maclean to help promote the Kickstarter for his project Head Lopper 2: The Wolves of Barra and to learn a little more about Andrew, himself, as well as his other work.
