What's Jaye Butler Moore's favourite thing about this episode? Well it won't be Patrick Troughton that is for sure - because he is not in it. The Tommy Laird Doctor takes centre snooze for this one: but that doesn't mean that there isn't plenty of action as the Ice Warrior is on the march, the foam machine is in overdrive, and Phipps tries to shoulder some of the story.
