Butch Cassidy became a famous western outlaw throughout time. It wasn't always that way though. There was a time where he was a farm kid from a nice, Mormon family in Utah. But after a spree of crime, he found himself fleeing the country to just stay alive.

"Machine Gun" Kelly (not the rapper) actually had a good life ahead of him, but he threw it all away for a life of crime. He was an expert at holding wealthy businessmen for ransom, however; it would also be his downfall. 

Alvin Karpis had the nickname "Creepy" for his sinister smile. He became Public Enemy #1 as he led the Karpis-Barker gang through murders, robberies, and kidnappings.

Harry Pierpont was part of the Dillinger-Pierpont Gang who robbed banks all over the Midwest, and especially in Indiana. He was the brains of the mobster gang and lived the longest of the group before he met his tragic death in 1934.

Luciano was an Italian American immigrant who was ahead of his time in the mob realm. He was one of the first to organize the New York City mob families and run gambling rings in the Caribbean. 

Bugsy Siegel was the face behind the idea of Las Vegas and all it could be. But when you barrow money from the mob and investments get too expensive, your life could be in jeopardy.

Baby Face Nelson might have been a young looking fella, but he was committing adult trial crimes. He made his criminal mark in history with partners such as John Paul Chase and the Dillinger gang.

Pretty Boy Floyd was famous, not just because of his good looks, but for his escapes and bank robberies all across the Midwest in the 1930s. The FBI tracked him from his crimes in Oklahoma and Kansas City all the way to Ohio. They wouldn't rest until he was a dead man.

Bonnie and Clyde were the most fearful duo in all the Midwest and South during the Great Depression. Their crime spree was one of the most unique and tragic in mobster history.

Al Capone was on top of the mobster world in Chicago in the 1930s. His life of crime finally caught up to him though, as he was arrested for tax evasion and sentence to Alcatraz.

John Dillinger was one of the most notorious mobsters in United States history. Growing up in the Depression of small town Indiana; he and his gang robbed many banks, had plenty of prison escapes, and changed the landscape of FBI investigations forever. The "Jackrabbit" had a short and eventful life, but his legacy lives on.
