"You dont realize what you lost until its gone"  a quote I grew up hearing and yes it is true.  I trully appreciate the help my parents gave me when i was raising my two eldest.  I see how they too played a role in raising my kids.  Fathers are not often recognized for the work they put in caring for their kids and raising them.

What we see and hear about in mainstream and social media about parenting doesnt always align to how we are dealing with the family we are raising.  We need to remember that we are not the perfect families, they are not perfect either.  In reality we are doing more than those in the media because they have someone helping them, it could be a housekeeper,  nanny, etc.  We are do...

New baby, managing the changes in my routine.  Unable to work and challenging weight gain.  I feel like i'm being tested.  Giving you an update on my life as it currently is.

Although i started being all over the place.  I discussed the importance of setting priorities and not procrastinating, time is of the essence and it does not wait for you.  I have also discussed how homeless is affecting our senior community.

As mentioned in my previous episode,  not having a gynecologist and being close to delivering my 4th baby has been a struggle (in America) as having government insurance makes it a bit complicated to see a doctor right away and doctor offices have wait time that can cause you to have a baby prior to receiving the care you need.  THIS IS AMERICA!!

Giving you guys an update on my current health insurance woes and what the great U.S of A does to keep you from being at ease whether you have government or private insurance.

Being unemployed is just ridiculous and county on the state government to help is the main reason there are a lot of homeless people in CALIFORNIA.  I am starting to worry about my situation.  Here is my update.

Super excited to be back.  I shared the unexpected changes in my career, how not enjoying my employment caused me to speak my current situation into existence and where do i go from here.

Having a mean sibling while growing up doesn't mean that's their personality. I thought this was so. My older sister was nice at times, and angry and spiteful and mean other times. I never thought it was jealousy.

Update on my daughters mental states. Discussing how Therapy and Mental care professionals are in high demand right now but there are not many of them available.  We need to get out of the stigma of mental health pertaining to crazy or slow minded people.  Everyone needs mental help and I discuss why and give me personal experiences and reactions.

Having had a conversation with "Prince" (his doppelganger) I realize how I've been holding myself from opportunities that could benefit me as it pertains to school, work and life.  You might be trying to juggle school, work, kids, home and trying not to have mental break downs.   Well let me tell you, I messed up in my school and had major mental break downs.
