Dr Robert Bland is a professor, historian, and school administrator. For over 40 years he worked throughout the Detroit community as an advocate for education. His life’s work of providing information as a lead historian on the Middle Passage (journey of kidnapped, captured, and enslaved peoples of Africa taken to Latin & North America).
