Sierra Brimmer & Hannajane Prichett
Detached
When we want to check-out and not experience the present, we can detach in an unhealthy way. We can also detach with love in a healthy way from situations or people that are no longer serving us. The Detached podcast is centered around a shift in perspective. On this podcast, co-hosts Hannajane and Sierra have anecdotal conversations surrounding self-improvement, recovery, addiction, codependency, fear, and the challenges they've overcome. Hannajane and Sierra hope that sharing their stories will give inspiration to someone who may be going through the same challenge.@detached_podcast
