Having grown up with drum circles on the beach of Cape Cod, he was drawn to the percussive rhythms and quickly began taking weekend trips to New York attending Vinyl/Arch, Limelight, Roxy, Twilo. After learning more about the relevance, culture, and history, he was inspired by a few friends who were DJs and returned to Boston with a couple turntables, a mixer and a bunch of vinyl.
