Satan is not a name but a character. It means opposer of God. He operates in disguise to destroy but the unseen reality of God protects us against the schemes of Satan. Jesus is God.

Before human history Satan was defeated. In Old Testament times Messiah defeated Satan and won. Satan was defeated on the cross and won. Win life battles with Christ and win
