The Cardinals have sort of rebounded taking 2 of 3 against the Mets and the Nationals. The offense is looking like itself and the pitching has still continued to shine. Still, we aren't bought back in to the 5th place Cardinals especially after the recent winning streak of the Reds. T...

As the Cardinals continue to slide after a 3 game sweep to the Pirates it's time to wonder where this team should go. Is it time for manager Oli Marmol to be fired? What's the problem here? The red hot offense has cooled off completely and it seems like Willson Contreras, Paul DeJong, and the rest of the offense has forgotten how to hit. Giovanny Gallegos is blowing games in grand fashion and the...

After 19 straight games without an off day the Cardinals are scuffling again. A great stretch against the Red Sox, Dodgers, and Brewers is immediately followed by a disappointing stretch against the Reds, Guardians, and Royals. The Cards are taxed and it has shown. Nolan Arenado and Willson Contreras have struggled mightily. Nolan Gorman has slowed down and Steven Matz has been atrocious. With a p...

After a sweep of the Red Sox, taking 2 of 3 from the Brewers and taking 3 of 4 from the red hot Dodgers are the Cardinals back? The Cardinals' slide continues as some questionable moves have been made. After a sweep to the Angels, Willson Contreras has been shifted from his catching role as the Cards are frustrated with his pitch-calling. Instead, Knizner and Tres Barrera will share catching duties as Contreras moves to a DH/outfielder? Is this a panic move by Mozeliak and company or is this the right call? Also, we break...

We break down series against the Rockies, Pirates, Diamondbacks, and Mariners. Will t...

The Cardinals drop yet another series to the Brewers and we're here to break it down. The pitching woes continue as Jack Flaherty walked 6 batters and Jake Woodford was unable to complete the 5th inning. Both starters looked improved but there's still much work to do. The offense has come back down to Earth, going 1 for 10 with RISP today and stranding many runners on base. Walker and Arenado were...

The Cardinals are swept by the Braves and things are not looking great. The starting pitching did not hold up as Jake Woodford, Steven Matz, and Miles Mikolas all struggled. But, it's not all lost!
