DC Cinematic Minute

The terrorists inform the City of London Police department, that they will be making a statement shortly. The police choose not to act.

Continuing in London, the minute introduces a very tangible fear with some terrorists who begin storming The Central Criminal Court and demanding hostages to move upstairs.

Lois Lane returns to the ruined Superman statue in Heroes Park, while the World remains in mourning after the death of the Superman.

Today’s minute we focus on Lois Lane, as we get a glimpse into how she has been coping with the loss of Clark. 

As Batman Returns to the mainland of Iceland, he’s met by Alfred who encourages Bruce to catch the King’s Tide in warmer weather.

On Today’s minute, we find ourselves back in Smallville, where Martha looks upon the graves of her Husband and Son, before moving from Kent Farm.

Batman and Aquaman get to have their discussion outside where Batman attempts to talk Arthur into joining his team. After Arthur turns Batman down, he disappears into the water.

As Batman finishes his inquiry about the magical man from the sea, he is told to leave for offending the people of the village. 

Batman bribes Arthur to speak with the Aquaman. The village and its mayor laughs at him. Also, Nate and Mark get into a passionate conversation about watching ZSJL during Easter. 

Part 1 begins with Batman meeting with the Mayor of Djupavik, to pry more into the tales of a mysterious man who visits the village.

As Batman continues his Icelandic journey, he finally comes across a small village. He then makes his way down and is greeted by the villagers stare.

Batman continues his trek across Iceland while we discuss some more production credits!

As Philippus reaches out to calm the Motherbox, it suddenly cracks open. We then make our way to Iceland, where a lone Batman traverses the icy terrain. 

Today we continue traveling through Themyscira where we end up in The Cage, a stone structure where the Amazons are keeping guard of a Motherbox.

As Superman’s scream travels across the world, we find ourselves in Atlantis, where a Atlantian soldier, and Mera take notice of the Motherbox partially waking up.

Superman’s scream rings out across Gotham, and into Metropolis, where it reaches the Scout Ship, we see Lex Luthor hearing the scream as he communes with Steppenwolf.

Continuing with new perspectives, we get a closer look at Batman witnessing Superman’s death, as well as something being awoken hidden in Cyborg’s closet.

On today’s minute, Mark and Nathan revisit The Death of Superman with new imagery, and new perspectives from Lois Lane and Wonder Woman.

Mark and Nathan discuss Wonder Woman ’84! Directed by Patty Jenkins; Starring: Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, and Pedro Pascal.

As we wrap up our discussion of Wonder Woman, Mark and Nathan discuss the scrolling credits, and the short film featuring Etta Candy and the Wonder Men.

We end the movie with Diana thanking Bruce for retrieving her photograph. She then flies into action, chasing a disturbance in Paris.
