Biblical long-suffering, or patience, is a fruit of the Holy Spirit and a mark of spiritual maturity. It reflects humility, wisdom, and trust in God's timing. Growth in patience requires surrendering excuses, expecting trials, imitating Christ, and extending grace to others. God's patience invites sinners to repent and believe in Christ.

This broadcast teaches that longsuffering, a fruit of the Spirit, reflects patience in trials, peace amid injustice, humility over pride, and strength to live by faith. A longsuffering man trusts God's timing, models Christ-like character, and influences others through gentle perseverance, gaining approval as a godly leader and believer.

Biblical patience, or *macrothumia*, means being slow to anger and enduring hardships with grace. It's not natural temperament or passive avoidance, but Spirit-enabled strength. The patient believer remains calm in trials, refrains from retaliation, embraces humility, and trusts God's timing, reflecting Christ through perseverance, even amid injustice and difficulty.
