Dating Funnies - Actual stories of dating

Happy Holidays! Not much in my dating life as I have been busy with my "real" job. Saw a move on NetFlix and seen a few dating videos on TikToc that were funny, sad and interesting

PLUS my thoughts on FB and IG relationship postings, a past ex and her emails to her new husband, how a Narrcisstic person likes to Love Bomb, Devalue, Breadcrumb, Devalue and then Discard, Bing the "Fly on the Wall", Dating Around on Netflix and the bad behavior exhibited on the show and lastly, people wanting you to be just like their past and deceased partners (hard to measure up)

Kind of a dull and slow past few weeks, still licking my wounds of the younger lady I dated for a short period, yet through that interaction, I was reminded of what Narrcisstic behavior looks and feels like (OUCH!) Interesting re-connection with a past connection on Match that showed up on Bumble.

Maybe Sugar dating is for you, as a Sugar Baby or a Sugar Daddy, yet just like any relationship it requires an open line of communication and respecting boundaries

Interesting week, meeting a couple of women from Bumble who turned out to be married,  an es date (a few years ago), coming back to connect with me, and understanding the Pizza topping criteria... 

Fun conversation with 2 great women and their struggles with dating in the Seattle area, most interesting that women share the same struggles as men and how different parts of Washington and other cities in the US have better understandings of the dating process and the roles of people in dating. 

Great conversation on following the rules of dating, stories of dating mishaps with her and her dates, and of course my dating mishaps. So much still to learn for all of us on successful dating

Beem an interesting past month and last few weeks dealing with toxic people that chose to lie and be deceitful to me, but stupid me I played the "game". I had to re-visit what Narrcisstic patterns were, how toxic people take all the fun out of dating as well as learning more about Love Bombing and breadcrumbing someone and how people project onto others who they really are, needed to pay...

Interesting week, new dating partner, the younger woman decided that it was a good idea to drag me into her work drama to get my thoughts and input, and then she dragged me into her ex drama, of which I did not ask to be part of any of those dramas. She even thought it was a good idea to start calling me names, projecting her vision of the world in her efforts to convince me that I was what she wa...

Slow week in emails and texts from all my paid dating sites, yet still met a nice younger woman( just turned 40) that I met from a Craigs List posting I made. Connections from my MeetUp events that might lead somewhere or not, and a new discovery for me as to what are "Attachment Styles".

Interesting week, in so many ways. People and their assumptions, the Vaccine push on dating Apps... 

...dating slang  - Ghosting, Orbiting, Breadcrumbing,  Love Bombing, and more. More hate emails from older women, Why? A few potential coffee meetings from my dating sites, as well as a side-by-side comparison of a couple of my dating profiles

Sharing several stories and thoughts this week on my continual efforts to meet and date someone - the dating sites and apps make it very challenging for all of us

Busy week this past week, and YES it looks like dating season is back!  Phone sex, married woman, my dating sites, and hate emails not to mention some rejections from not being vaccinated. 

Great story of how Mars was single, then got married, then divorced, then married again, divorced, and then rekindled her romance with he ex-husband. Great lessons along the way that she shared in my Podcast. 

It was a fun conversation discussing some of her challenges with meeting people on a few dating Apps. Some good thoughts on how to approach dating in a digital world.
