Paul ends his letter by preparing them for unpleasant visit if they don't discipline themselves toward godliness and restoration.

Giving should be self-motivated and from a cheerful heart. Paul continues to exhort the Corinthians to give to the needs in the world at that time. What a privilege.

Paul switches to a new topic...Christian generosity

Paul continues to urge them to love him and his ministry. He points to the effects it had on them. He highlights the difference between godly sorrow and worldly sorrow and points to that as being his greatest joy for them.

After defining his ministry Paul continues to defend it so that the Corinthian church wouldn't receive the gospel in vain. He points to his endurance in trials and his godly attitude empowered by the Spirit.

Paul continues to show why he doesn't lose heart. It's because of the future that awaits. He also shows how his ministry is fueled by the love of Christ.

Paul is a gospel worker who is fueled by others coming into Salvation. He will never abandon the gospel message because of it's power. He rejoices in his weaknesses because it displays the glory of Jesus.

Paul sets out to prove his ministry is genuine based upon the lives of the Corinthians. He then begins to show the contents or ingredients of this ministry.

Paul digs into why he didn't come to them in person. Teaches on forgiveness and shares ultimately why he rejoices and stays encouraged.

Paul begins his 2nd letter by reminding the Corinthians of the God of all comfort. He then defends his apostleship and accusations of double speak.

Paul ends his letter with some final instructions, but most importantly with love and grace for them.

Paul overcomes all the objections coming from the Corinthian culture to the Resurrection of Christ and his bride.

Gospel workers have a right to get paid for their efforts. Paul is an example of someone who refused this right so he could win more.
