Set a goal. A tiny one. A goal for tomorrow. Something random like, I’m going to eat my breakfast, lunch or dinner 5 minutes later than I normally would. Try something else the following day. Watch how your thought patterns slowly change into bigger things.x

We all have moments where we feel like no matter how we look after ourselves, we’re still in the same place. Perhaps it’s the thought pattern and the reasons behind your motives are the culprit.x

May you be at peace with your thoughts and in love with your heart, become your favourite person again. If only for a day. You’re worth it.x

Maybe make sure all of your ducks are in a row before you continue down your current path, everything happens when it is supposed too.x

Learn to rebuild foundations inside yourself from the essence of past, clear your mind space with a walk and a purpose, rearrange your mindset and return inwards to your natural self.x

Open your mind to the most random stuff, simple things can be the most effective. This is probably the best reading I’ve ever given.x

As disappointing as life may seem at this moment, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Current stresses make us listless and tiresome of ourselves, but at the end of the day it’s up to us if we choose to stay that way.x

Make sure that you are creating a balance between what you are giving and what you are receiving, don’t give 90% on a 2% return.x

Dig our own ditch, get to the root of situations, take your circumstances and reverse them into your favour, be objective, move forward into clarity.x

It’s frustrating to move slow, it’s highly unwise to make a move to quickly. Good things come to those who wait, and now is a time for patience.x

The world is your oyster at the moment, despite energies being low, ask yourself, what is it that I truly want for my future, and be as outlandish as you want with your answer.x

One day we explode, other days we are calm as a lake, sometimes we need to identify with our own wants and needs to continue, help is on the way if you’re willing to let go.x

What a tricky time in life eh? We’re all hermits in one way or another currently , try not to let life overwhelm you. There’s more to life than watching tv.x

Learn a new skill, restart an old one, retrain your mind in the direction that works for you. Don’t give up as it is never too late.x
