I contend that we are in a trading range of 3,000 to 3800 on S&P - that would mean we are just going down. There really isn't good news in the market and there's going to be more downside. $UVXY was a big winner yesterday and anything short like $SARK $SPXU or $DRV (recommended at $44 and is now $60) are all good options on days that are down.  I wouldn't trade anything you're not sure about in the short term or happy holding long term in this market.
