Memorial of Saint Jerome, Priest and Doctor of the Church Mt 13:47-52 And he replied, "Then every scribe who has been instructed in the Kingdom of heaven is like the head of a household who brings from his storeroom both the new and the old."

Feast of Saints Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael, Archangels Jn 1:47-51 And he said to him, “Amen, amen, I say to you, you will see heaven opened and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man.”

Wednesday of the Twenty-sixth Week in Ordinary Time Lk 9:57-62 As Jesus and his disciples were proceeding on their journey, someone said to him, "I will follow you wherever you go." Feast of Saint Matthew, Apostle and evangelist Mt 9:9-13 “Those who are well do not need a physician, but the sick do. Go and learn the meaning of the words,     I desire mercy, not sacrifice. I did not come to call the righteous but sinners.”
