Slow down today.  That's the assignment. Every time you catch yourself going top speed to nowhere,  STOP and slow down.  And know that 'nowhere' will look like 'somewhere'... it will look like your office, or your home, or your room,  whatever it is, stop in the midst of that stride, and slow down.
